毎月1回、無料解剖学クラスを開催しています。毎回異なったトピックで行われ、怪我の予防をしながら、ダンサーやパフォーミングアーティスト、ヨガ講師など身体を使う方の技術を伸ばすために必要な事を学びます。
参加費無料、予約制
Join us for a free lecture series with physical therapist Dr. Miho Urisaka. Each month we will cover a specific body part, and talk about the local anatomy. There will also be a “lab” portion where you will learn to improve mobility and strength of that body part. This small, informal session will allow for Q+A on how each segment of the body relates to movements that are specific to dance.
瓜阪美穂先生（理学療法博士）によるアーティストのための解剖学講習会を開催します。少人数制で気楽なクラスなのでQ&Awを受け付けています。身体の関節や筋肉など、それぞれの箇所がどのように動きに関係してくるのかを学びます。皆様のご参加をお待ちしています。
