Read more This is a great starter exercise to gain awareness of your pelvic and hip region. Our pelvis is made of three bones- two paired innominates (hip bones) which join at the pubis, and the sacrum in the back. The innominate bones articulate with the femur to create the hip joint, and the sacrum articulates with L5, the most inferior lumbar vertebra. The pelvic clock exercise helps to regain mobility of this commonly injured area.
