Jennifer’s interest in biology started at a very young age and knew she wanted to be a physical therapist. Volunteering and working for both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as different types of populations solidified her decision to pursue this path. She believes that health becomes more important as we get older. Her goal is to support her patients with improving and gaining the lifestyles they strive for. Jennifer nourishes herself through hiking, being out in nature in the summer months and watching Broadway plays and exploring the different cuisines NYC has to offer during the winter months.

Vidhi grew up playing different types of sports and got injured multiple times. After getting her certificate in manual therapy, she realized there is so much more to learn about the body beyond the muscular and skeletal systems. Vidhi is passionate about helping her patients integrate the physical body with mind and spirit and the best way is to set an example. She believes that we have so much potential as humans and are often limited by our own thoughts. Vidhi invites her patients to recognize where the resistance lies physically, emotionally, and mentally and see this as an opportunity for growth. She nourishes herself through meditation, doing exercises she teaches her patients, hiking, kayaking, and biking.

Upon seeing a musical on TV when she was 8 years old, Kashimi found her calling and started taking acting lessons in Japan at 9 years old. Kashimi had a knee injury as a teenager and was recommended for a body conditioning and pilates class by her dance teacher. She was very impressed by how it made her body feel. After healing from her injury, she got her pilates certification and gained a deeper understanding of anatomy and movement. Kashimi got her yoga certification and realized the depth of what it can offer. She nourishes herself through playing drums, singing, and dancing. Through her experience with multiple injuries, Kashimi fully understands what her patients are going through and, in turn, helps them better. Kashimi wants her students/patients to feel empowered and encouraged.

After taking a yoga class back in 2012, Aby’s fascination with how the human body can put itself in magnificent shapes and heal after an injury began. Yoga taught her how our emotional and mental states are connected to the physical body. Realigning ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally leads to a well fulfilled life. She believes that to serve or connect with others in their fullest capacity, one must also learn how to take care of themselves. She nourishes herself through hiking, camping, reading, and rock climbing. Aby invites her students to pay attention to the ways yoga can support them in their self discovery or growth on and off the mat. When Mayuna first moved to the United states, she found the healthcare system challenging to understand. Her goal is to be able to explain to patients the ins and outs of insurance as simply as possible and know they are well taken care of. She believes that everyone deserves an excellent level of care regardless of their insurance type. Mayuna takes care of herself by taking long walks, binge watching tv shows and playing with her dog.

Looking to avoid surgery after sustaining an injury from dancing, Masumi found the Alexander Technique method and was able to heal within six months. She decided to teach the method to better help people who are struggling physically because of their injuries. Masumi encourages her patients/students to know that the mind and body is connected and believes that the Alexander Technique method is a practical way to bring awareness to it. She wishes for her students to have confidence, happiness, relief and a little bit more energy after each session. Masumi nourishes herself through traveling, drawing, and painting.
